General terms and conditions

Dear Guest of the CENTRO!
You may book in written, personally, by phone or email. Your booking will be binding only after our written confirmation. This will usually oroginate from germany on behalf of the company in Lanzarote.

Payment:
After completion of the contract you make an advance payment of 500.- ? + VAT independent from the number of participants. This amount will not be refunded if the group is cancelled later on for any reasons. There are no further cancellation costs. If the group journey happens, this advance payment will be credited with the total balance of your booking. The total balance is due up to 14 days before the event´s beginning date. If this amount has not been paid until this date, access to the CENTRO can be denied.
With bigger events special conditions will be negotiated.

Performance:
Which performances are agreed on by contract depends on the performance descriptions of the events we have arranged, on the given prices and the corresponding booking confirmation.

Insurances:
You are explicitly not ensured within the CENTRO and with all programs of the CENTRO. Every person is liable for him/ herself. Parents are legally responsible for their children in case of damage. We are also not liable for possible failures of the organizer renting the facilities of the CENTRO.

Liability:
As agents we are not liable for external performances and events. We are only liable for defects within the Center, and even then only up to a maximum of three times the paid rent for the stay in the center. ? You as the contract partner are requested to keep possible damages or defects to a minimum or to avoid them. In any case, possible damages or defects have to be reported immediately to the responsible persons on location.
If a guest of the center does not behave in accordance with the regulations of the location within the center, he may be asked to leave the center immediately. Possible additional costs or other expenses will be charged to this guest behaving improperly.

Booking ones are asked to take out a travel resignation expenses policy, because the CENTRO (all the same for which reasons) does not stick if a trip (or event) cannot take place.

Health regulations:
Every registered person is obliged to be informed about his /her state of health and to judge in a responsible way if he/ she is suitable or rather prepared for participation in the current event.

General information:
The inefficacy of individual regulations of the conditions does not entail the inefficacy of the     entire conditions. Concerning the data of all customers it is considered as agreed upon that the center responsible persons may pass these data on at the center closely connected enterprise. Area of jurisdiction is the court in Arrecife/Lanzarote.
